Telli provides a platform that enables B2C companies to build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered voice agents at scale to improve customer service interactions.
задачи
- Manage end-to-end high-velocity sales cycles including qualification, demos, technical evaluation, negotiation, and closing;
- Own all inbound SMB demand by responding rapidly to sign-ups and demo requests;
- Build an outbound pipeline through cold outreach, events, and networking;
- Achieve ambitious sales quotas;
- Develop and refine the SMB sales playbook to establish team standards;
- Provide structured feedback to product, marketing, and strategy teams based on customer interactions.
требования
- 1+ Years of quota-carrying experience in a closing role within B2B SaaS or tech;
- Ability to maintain high velocity in sales processes and follow up on leads immediately;
- Proactive approach to generating pipeline through cold outreach and networking;
- Deep understanding of the product to effectively demonstrate value to buyers;
- High accountability, low ego, and willingness to perform all necessary sales tasks;
- Fluent in German and English (business-level);
- Nice to have: Experience in SMB or mid-market sales.
