• Manage the entire sales cycle from the first qualified meeting to the signed contract, including needs analysis and closing;
• Take over pre-qualified leads from the SDR and marketing pipeline in HubSpot and build a reliable opportunity pipeline;
• Conduct product demos and negotiations independently, adapt offers to company size and decision-making structure, and close deals;
• Document every sales step in HubSpot to ensure reliable forecasting and pipeline reporting;
• Suggest improvements to the sales process and refine playbooks and objection handling for the growing team;
• Work closely with Customer Success to turn each deal into a satisfied, long-term customer.

• Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in software or SaaS sales to property developers, real estate developers, or a similarly complex target audience;
• Demonstrable closing ability with specific conversion rates or revenue figures from previous roles;
• Confident use of CRM systems, ideally HubSpot;
• Basic understanding of AI-supported lead qualification and pipeline automation;
• Fluent German at C1 level;
• Confident communication and presentation skills with executive-level decision-makers;
• High self-motivation and resilience during long B2B sales cycles.

• A work permit for Germany is required;
