задачи
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and leading the full sales cycle;
- Represent the company to potential customers and manage the entire customer acquisition process;
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within enterprises;
- Develop and present solutions that seamlessly integrate into customer apps and drive additional revenue;
- Plan, optimize, and implement processes and learn how to scale a business;
- Execute continuous benchmark and performance analyses;
- Conceptualize key growth initiatives and develop market entry and expansion strategies;
- Actively track and report sales KPIs to the leadership team.
требования
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier business school or similar;
- 2+ Years of sales experience, preferably in consulting, investment banking, or venture-backed startups;
- Fluent in English;
- Willingness to travel across Europe;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset;
- Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers;
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively;
- Nice to have: German language skills, experience in Tech, SaaS, Telco, or any Go-To-Market role, willingness to understand complex technical products.
