задачи
- Research and identify potential retail partners across Germany;
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure mutual success;
- Present Wolt as an ideal solution to meet merchant needs;
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing new partnerships;
- Track and report KPIs, including call volume, virtual meetings, and new partner acquisitions;
- Ensure smooth partner onboarding through accurate documentation in the CRM system;
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and ensure a seamless partner experience.
требования
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in cold calling and engaging potential leads;
- Ambitious, goal-oriented mindset with a positive "can-do" attitude;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken);
- Nice to have: Experience in the retail or service industry.
