• Manage recruitment activities for blue-collar, specialist, managerial, and director-level roles
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, selecting appropriate recruitment tools and strategies
• Support and develop regional employer branding initiatives
• Work closely with hiring managers to provide an outstanding candidate experience
• Build talent pools for business-critical positions
• Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, effective, and engaging for candidates
• Use external recruitment tools and social media platforms to identify and attract talent
• Collaborate with schools and universities, organize internship and trainee programs, and promote KONE among young talent
• Participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes

• Experience independently managing recruitment processes across organizational levels, including white-collar and blue-collar roles
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Experience in the technical industry
• Good analytical and decision-making skills
• Hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools and sourcing platforms
• A proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset
