• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for a broad range of commercial roles across the DACH region, from operational shipping and administrative positions to sales, specialist, and national and global management roles
• Advise hiring managers and collaborate closely with leaders and HR colleagues
• Define and implement targeted recruiting strategies
• Screen applications through phone interviews
• Partner with Active Sourcing Specialists and conduct independent headhunting activities
• Create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
• Build a qualified candidate pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with candidates
• Contribute expertise to projects, maintain high standards, optimize processes, and develop new recruiting approaches

• A completed degree in (business) psychology, business, or a comparable field; an HR specialization is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, independently managing recruiting processes or active sourcing
• Strong consulting skills and customer focus when working with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and persuasive, with strong networking and communication skills
• Enjoy working in an international team
• Excellent German communication and negotiation skills, and conversational English
