• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, focusing on quality of hire and efficient delivery;
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking within the international market;
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and provide market insights;
• Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience from the first touchpoint to onboarding;
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and handle operational tasks related to the hiring flow;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment workflows and employer branding initiatives.

• 4+ Years of experience in full-cycle recruitment;
• Sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Proficiency in English and Russian;
• Experience in executive search;
• Result-oriented approach with a focus on candidate and stakeholder satisfaction;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Nice to have: Experience or strong interest in the iGaming industry.
