BI analyst for sports betting

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Metabase
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions
• Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems
• Develop and manage data pipelines and workflows to streamline data integration and processing
• Track KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance
• Support senior analysts and data engineers on larger projects and contribute to strategic initiatives

• Upper-intermediate SQL skills
• University degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a relevant position in iGaming, online products, or e-commerce
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large datasets
• Knowledge of data discovery methodology
• Understanding of metrics related to online business, including web, product, CRM, and general financial metrics
• Experience analyzing CRM campaigns and player retention metrics
• Understanding of customer segmentation, engagement strategies, and promotional analytics
• Experience with Tableau and other BI tools
• Proactive communication and presentation skills for communicating with team members, external data providers, and C-level stakeholders
• Ability to work on-site
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, collaboration, adaptability, business acumen, and proactivity
