The company is building a direct-to-consumer digital health platform serving the U.S. market.

• Own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and hiring
• Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, job boards, and other creative channels
• Recruit across Creative, Marketing, Design, Tech, and other business functions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align expectations, and drive hiring decisions
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across Poland and Eastern Europe
• Manage multiple recruitment processes while maintaining speed, quality, and a strong candidate experience
• Keep the ATS organized and up to date, tracking candidate progress and recruitment performance

• 2+ Years of hands-on recruitment experience
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and proactive sourcing/headhunting
• Ability to identify, approach, and engage passive candidates
• Experience recruiting for Creative, Marketing, Design, or Tech roles
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Resourceful, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Based in Poland and available to collaborate closely with the team in Israel
