- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different projects and international markets.
- Identifying and attracting talent through proactive sourcing and creative recruitment strategies.
- Conducting interviews, screening candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Working closely with Hiring Managers and Operations to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
- Managing recruitment pipelines, monitoring KPIs and ensuring hiring targets are met.
- Supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns in a dynamic BPO environment.
требования
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within BPO or Contact Centre environments.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive, organised and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and work under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English is essential.
