Marriage Reset (MM Coaching Limited) helps men save their marriages through results-oriented online coaching, providing direct support, coaching, and consulting to thousands of clients.

• Source, headhunt, and attract top-tier talent across departments;
• Conduct structured screening interviews assessing capability, culture fit, motivation, and alignment;
• Manage interviews end-to-end, including scheduling and candidate communication;
• Use structured scorecards and evaluation frameworks for consistent and fair assessments;
• Prepare and extend offers, handle negotiations, and maintain strong close rates;
• Lead new hires from Day 1 and ensure they are set up for early success;
• Maintain detailed candidate notes and track every candidate touchpoint;
• Collaborate with leadership to refine hiring systems, interview structures, onboarding workflows, and reporting processes;
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-hire, offer acceptance, onboarding success, and pipeline health;
• Monitor industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability;
• Work with department leads and the CEO to understand role needs, refine job posts, and align hiring with long-term growth plans.

• 3+ Years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions;
• Strong LinkedIn and Boolean sourcing skills;
• Confident experience with ATS systems such as Workable;
• Familiarity with assessment tools, scorecards, and structured interviews;
• Clear, professional, and confident communication skills;
• Strong organization and process management skills;
• Ability to independently own the talent acquisition function;
• Ability to respond well to feedback and continuously improve systems, processes, and hiring performance;
• High standards and a strong focus on hiring top performers;
• Nice to have: Online marketing, coaching, or education experience.

• $13-$17 Per hour (Approx $2,250-$2,950/month, full-time);
