Design, plan, and implement processes and policies for all stages of the recruitment cycle;
Create and maintain consistent recruitment practices for all candidates;
Develop, promote, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with company values;
Identify and implement new methods to improve recruitment practices;
Lead, motivate, and inspire team members to deliver professional HR services;
Supervise and monitor the introduction of new talent within desired time frames;
Enforce equal opportunities and fairness by maintaining recruitment-related departmental statistics;
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including universities, professional bodies, and government agencies;
Oversee and maintain accountability for the employee background check and vetting process;
Lead and monitor employer branding strategy in collaboration with the marketing department;
Provide support to the VP of Human Resources in recruitment and talent acquisition practices;
Collaborate with HR managers to ensure an integrated approach to HR matters and drive HR strategy;
Plan and supervise the work of Talent Acquisition Advisors, Coordinators, and Assistants;
Act as a role model to team members.
требования
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position managing HR teams;
Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field;
Postgraduate degree or CIPD qualification (or solid working experience in lieu of postgraduate degree);
Strong HR generalist background;
Deep knowledge of local labor law;
English (fluent);
Greek (good written and spoken);
High proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Experience with HRIS systems;
Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with all levels of management;
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines under pressure.
