The firm operates globally with a team of over 1,400 professionals across 30 offices in 14 countries.

• Drive progress and implementation for three key Talent Acquisition projects in Europe: AI integration in selection tools, pan-European campus strategy for Early Careers, and streamlining/standardizing systems and processes;
• Lead the recruitment process for bankers at Intern, Analyst, and Associate levels;
• Provide Greenhouse expertise across European offices;
• Support the global Talent Acquisition team in executing process improvements and global strategy;
• Heighten the employer brand in Europe, including Glassdoor management and branding initiatives;
• Provide accurate reporting on European Talent Acquisition efforts to global leadership;
• Identify and pipeline talent using technology and active networking;
• Craft and implement innovative sourcing strategies;
• Assist in building hiring plans that provide equal opportunities;
• Serve as a brand ambassador to position the firm as an employer of choice;
• Manage European headhunter relationships, including contract negotiations.

• Bachelor’s degree or related degree;
• 4+ Years of recruiting experience, including early careers recruiting, ideally in professional services or client services;
• Fluency in English and either French or German;
• Working knowledge of European employment regulations and GDPR requirements;
• Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system;
• Demonstrated project management skills and success in process improvement;
• Strong negotiating, communication, and storytelling skills;
• Executive business acumen and problem-solving abilities;
• Nice to have: Proficiency in additional European languages.
