- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various corporate functions, focusing on HR and executive-level roles;
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, provide market insights, and develop sourcing strategies;
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring, including senior and executive appointments;
- Utilize recruitment data and market intelligence to identify trends and improve hiring performance;
- Enhance recruitment processes and the overall candidate experience;
- Build relationships across the business to promote direct sourcing and manage external recruitment partners.
требования
- 3-5 Years of end-to-end recruitment experience within the UK market;
- Previous experience recruiting HR or other senior-level roles within corporate functions in an in-house environment;
- Strong direct sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels;
- Stable career history demonstrating progression within Talent Acquisition;
- Nice to have: A degree or equivalent professional qualification.
