• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various corporate functions, focusing on HR and executive-level roles;
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, provide market insights, and develop sourcing strategies;
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring, including senior and executive appointments;
• Utilize recruitment data and market intelligence to identify trends and improve hiring performance;
• Enhance recruitment processes and the overall candidate experience;
• Build relationships across the business to promote direct sourcing and manage external recruitment partners.

• 3-5 Years of end-to-end recruitment experience within the UK market;
• Previous experience recruiting HR or other senior-level roles within corporate functions in an in-house environment;
• Strong direct sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels;
• Stable career history demonstrating progression within Talent Acquisition;
• Nice to have: A degree or equivalent professional qualification.
