• Lead and manage the full hiring lifecycle across experienced and junior roles, primarily within the Risk Advisory practice in EMEA;
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders regarding hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate selection;
• Align recruitment activities with business growth strategies and talent needs;
• Own and drive sourcing strategies using direct channels, referrals, agencies, and events;
• Embed Diversity & Inclusion principles throughout recruitment processes and pipelines;
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure quality shortlisting and alignment with firm expectations;
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience and serve as the primary point of contact;
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure adherence to SLAs;
• Coach and develop team members, including performance management and capability building;
• Partner with external search firms and vendors to ensure commercial alignment;
• Support campus engagement and relationships with business schools for junior hiring;
• Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and provide regular reporting on pipeline status and market insights;
• Manage offer processes in partnership with People Operations and facilitate onboarding;
• Contribute to broader EMEA Talent Acquisition initiatives and process improvement projects.

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within professional services, consulting, or advisory environments;
• Experience hiring for risk, governance, compliance, or similar profiles;
• Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence senior business leaders;
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in fast-paced environments;
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple competing priorities;
• Proficiency with ATS platforms like Greenhouse and HR systems;
• Strong communication skills with a consultative approach;
• High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information;
• Fluency in English;
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree, experience with Oracle, additional European languages.
