• Build strategic hiring plans that translate the technology roadmap into an engineering team;
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill technical roles through sourcing, market mapping, and outreach;
• Create an employer brand narrative that positions the company as a leader in the deep-tech community;
• Manage the end-to-end hiring journey for senior technical roles from initial outreach to final offer;
• Establish a data-driven technical recruitment culture using metrics to guide hiring decisions;
• Design scalable hiring strategies that anticipate future technical needs;
• Implement an inclusive, agile, and compliant hiring process.

• Over 5 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition with a focus on software and hardware engineers;
• Expertise in advanced sourcing, market mapping, and building pipelines for specialized technical roles;
• Data-first mindset with the ability to use metrics to influence engineering leaders;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment;
• Professional fluency in English;
• Nice to have: Experience in a fast-growing deep-tech or technology scale-up, German language skills.
