задачи
- Lead the end-to-end selection process for executive-level roles globally;
- Build and manage external talent pipelines for business-critical positions;
- Advise senior leadership, including Management Board and ExCo members, on hiring matters and risk areas;
- Identify critical business needs and translate external benchmarks into hiring solutions;
- Drive external scouting activities using social networks, databases, and industry conferences;
- Provide market intelligence data to support talent strategy and act as a subject matter expert on executive search trends.
требования
- 8+ Years of experience in executive or end-to-end leadership recruiting across global markets;
- Proven track record of collaborating with and advising senior leadership teams;
- Expertise in talent sourcing, pipelining, and candidate assessment;
- Data-driven approach with an interest in applying AI tools;
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS (SAP SuccessFactors), and CRM (Phenom);
- Fluent in English;
- Nice to have: German, French.
