задачи
- Design and implement scalable talent acquisition workflows to streamline candidate sourcing and onboarding;
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs;
- Analyze hiring metrics and performance data to identify process improvements and reduce time-to-fill;
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies;
- Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to ensure cost-effective hiring solutions.
требования
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR analytics tools;
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making for recruitment optimization;
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple stakeholders;
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in global talent acquisition;
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate between internal teams and external partners.
