• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, coordination with hiring teams, and timely candidate feedback;
• Screen candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, assessments, and behavioural interviews;
• Work with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and other teams to understand their needs and priorities and advise them during recruitment;
• Strategise and propose action plans to identify new talent through sourcing methods, events, community management, and other channels;
• Ensure a strong Candidate Experience throughout all recruitment stages;
• Source passive candidates and engage them through different channels;
• Support People team projects including People Analytics, Recruitment Training, Employee Engagement, and Diversity and Inclusion.

• Fluent English;
• Experience and knowledge in Talent Acquisition;
• Proven track record in international, Western Europe, ROW, and global markets;
• Experience recruiting for GTM roles across sales, finance, engineering, and other functions;
• Ability to teach, learn, and unlearn;
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail;
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment;
• Nice to have: German or French.
