Talent Acquisition Specialist

Robert Walters provides human resources services and supports recruitment activities across the Netherlands and Germany.

• Manage the full recruitment process for the Netherlands and Germany;
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted recruitment partner;
• Proactively source and approach high-quality talent through various channels;
• Drive direct hiring strategies and reduce reliance on external agencies;
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives;
• Use market insights and recruitment data to advise hiring managers and support workforce planning.

• Around 5 years of recruitment experience in a dynamic, results-oriented environment;
• Strongly preferred experience within a recruitment agency;
• Commercial mindset and a proven track record of achieving results;
• Experience in a 360° recruitment role managing both candidates and stakeholders;
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills;
• Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented attitude;
• Native or fluent Dutch;
• Excellent spoken and written English;
• Nice to have: German language skills.
