• Manage the staffing of open positions from needs assessment through contract signing;
• Advise managers and hiring managers on recruiting strategies, the candidate market, and selection decisions;
• Conduct active sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other suitable platforms;
• Create and optimize job advertisements with specialist departments and HR Marketing;
• Build, maintain, and develop a sustainable talent pool and candidate network for current and future staffing needs;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional, respectful, and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process;
• Analyze relevant recruiting metrics and derive measures from them, including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Funnel-Conversion, and Source-of-Hire;
• Contribute to employer branding activities and represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events;
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience;
• Conduct and document candidate checks in accordance with ISMS requirements and internal policies.

• Degree in business administration, business psychology, Human Resources, social sciences, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, commercial training with relevant recruiting experience;
• At least 5 years of professional recruiting experience, ideally hiring for technical, engineering, or project-based positions;
• Strong knowledge of active sourcing and modern applicant tracking and recruiting tools;
• Experience conducting professional selection and interview processes;
• Excellent communication and advisory skills with confidence when interacting with managers and candidates;
• Strong service orientation, negotiation skills, and enthusiasm for building sustainable networks;
• Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style with strong organizational skills;
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and ability to manage multiple staffing projects in parallel;
• Strong teamwork skills and enthusiasm for trusting, cross-location collaboration;
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken;
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany, approximately 10–20%;
• Nice to have: Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, or project-based positions.
