• Maintain high quality standards across personal work and the wider team, catching errors before they affect delivery
• Break down complex hiring challenges and coach team members in structured problem-solving and decision-making
• Identify and remove blockers across personal hiring and the wider UK team to keep recruitment moving
• Track personal recruiting metrics and monitor team pipeline health, identifying risks and acting early
• Lead by example, hold team members accountable, and coach them to improve performance and capability
• Partner with the Global Head of Talent, report on team performance, and support key Talent initiatives
• Meet personal hiring targets and help increase team output across high-volume and complex recruitment
• Design and improve recruitment processes, frameworks, and systems to increase efficiency and support scale

• Proven in-house talent acquisition experience, including leading, coaching, or developing other recruiters
• Deep experience managing end-to-end recruitment for critical technical and commercial roles
• Strong understanding of ATS management, recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and hiring bottlenecks
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable recruitment processes, frameworks, and operational systems
• Proactive, transparent, highly organised leadership; able to keep priorities, progress, and risks visible and take ownership from idea through execution
• Confident working with senior leadership and hiring managers, influencing stakeholders, and keeping teams aligned
