CRM executive

Fresha is an AI-powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness, and self-care industry, connecting businesses, professionals, and consumers through one platform. It provides technology, tools, and financial solutions to beauty and wellness businesses and helps consumers discover, book, and pay for services.

• Own defined areas of Fresha’s B2B CRM programme, such as reactivation and growing wallet share
• Manage campaigns end-to-end, from segmentation and messaging through execution, reporting, and optimisation
• Build and manage CRM journeys in HubSpot, including segmentation, automation, and messaging logic
• Write and optimise on-brand CRM communications, including newsletters, feature announcements, and targeted campaigns for different audiences
• Analyse campaign performance using data and charts, identify opportunities, and turn insights into clear next steps
• Manage CRM campaign volume and timing, coordinate the sending calendar, and maintain campaign effectiveness during high-volume periods
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product to deliver campaigns and automated workflows that support partner engagement and conversion
• Drive partner engagement, retention, and conversion through relevant, well-timed communications

• Hands-on experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform
• Interest in CRM and ability to quickly understand segmentation, automation, and customer journey logic
• Strong data and chart literacy, with the ability to interpret performance and turn findings into practical actions
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and channels
• Ownership, initiative, a solutions-driven approach, and confidence working independently
• Collaborative and adaptable, with strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
