• Build and nurture a global network of Product and Tech talent
• Develop proactive sourcing and talent-mapping strategies for current and future hiring needs
• Build expertise in relevant companies, talent profiles, and industry movements
• Partner with Product and Tech leaders to understand their strategies, teams, and future capability needs
• Use talent intelligence and market insights to shape hiring plans and raise hiring standards
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining requirements and engaging candidates through to offers and closing
• Deliver a thoughtful, credible, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams
• Support recruitment across other business areas when required

• Strong experience recruiting Product and Tech talent within a technology business or specialist search environment
• Proven ability to proactively build relationships with high-calibre passive candidates
• Deep knowledge of the Product and Tech talent market, including relevant disciplines, companies, and team structures
• Experience partnering with senior leaders as a trusted talent adviser
• Strong sourcing, networking, talent-mapping, and market-research skills
• Sound judgement and confidence to challenge hiring teams and recognise talent that will raise the bar
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills
• A proactive, curious, and commercially minded approach to recruitment
