Deloitte supports global organizations in optimizing and transforming their operations, including their finance functions. Its consultants provide insights, capabilities, and solutions that help organizations change how they operate and make people-related decisions. Deloitte is building a team in Poland focused on Finance & Performance advisory, including reporting, budgeting, and controlling processes, and solutions to optimize these processes using new technologies.

• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact through offer negotiation and onboarding
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues across the CE region to improve recruitment processes and practices
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity initiatives
• Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies

• Up to 2 years of recruitment experience in a multinational company or recruitment agency
• Experience sourcing candidates directly and indirectly through professional networks and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple recruitment projects across countries
• Proactive, adaptable, driven, and tech-savvy
• English proficiency at least B2 and fluency in Polish
