support engineer for application monitoring

• Provide first-line support to users encountering technical issues;
• Track graphs and check notifications from application monitoring systems;
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to technical support engineers and developers;
• Perform content management tasks in various CMS systems by following step-by-step guides;
• Communicate with foreign customers in messengers;
• Assist the sales team with receiving and filtering new customer requests.

• Be highly responsible, attentive, quick to learn, and able to multitask in time-restricted situations;
• Have fluent English and good communication skills;
• Have basic HTML experience;
• Nice to have: sales and marketing experience, experience working in a call center or technical support.

• Shift schedule: 2/2, with 12-hour shifts from 06:00 to 18:00 UTC and from 18:00 to 06:00 UTC;
