The customer is an international organization providing business support and operational services to clients across multiple industries and markets. It delivers tailored solutions that help organizations coordinate complex activities, optimize service delivery, and improve operational efficiency.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews alongside the Designer and Product Owner;
• Analyze and document AS-IS processes, including undocumented or complex workflows;
• Investigate legacy systems to identify pain points and inefficiencies;
• Design and model TO-BE processes using BPMN 2.0;
• Define business rules, data flows, and system integration touchpoints;
• Collaborate with developers and architects to validate technical feasibility;
• Refine user stories and prepare clear acceptance criteria;
• Review and validate business logic through iterative product increments;
• Maintain and update documentation as requirements and decisions evolve;
• Support QA activities, including test scenario preparation and UAT.

• 3+ Years of experience as an IT, System, or Business Analyst in complex systems;
• Strong technical understanding of SQL for data querying and analysis;
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns;
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and validate implementation approaches;
• Hands-on experience with conceptual and data modeling, including data structures and flows;
• Proven experience working in Agile environments using Scrum;
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and analytical workflows, with an expectation of replacing at least approximately 30% of manual work;
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
• Nice to have: experience with ERP systems, understanding of enterprise architecture principles, background in tourism, travel, or Destination Management Company industry.
