• Execute implementation and maintenance projects for IT systems dedicated to the banking sector;
• Perform gap analysis to verify client requirements against existing product functionalities;
• Model and optimize business processes and map them to system solutions;
• Conduct analytical workshops with clients to elicit and refine requirements;
• Act as a bridge between business experts and technical IT teams;
• Create comprehensive analytical documentation and functional requirement specifications;
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and UX teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.

• Higher education in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or Finance;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in analytical work, including requirement elicitation, analysis, decomposition, and documentation;
• Proficiency in system modeling using UML and BPMN;
• Knowledge of the financial market and the banking sector;
• English level B2 or higher for daily communication with international clients;
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
• Nice to have: knowledge of Confluence and Jira, experience in IT system implementation projects.
