This position is available only for candidates based in Poland.
The company provides data-related solutions within the regulated pharmaceutical sector, collaborating with global stakeholders and Agile development teams.
задачи
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements;
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements;
- Support Agile delivery by working closely with development teams;
- Analyse complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Support consent-related activities within the pharmaceutical domain;
- Work with complex, integrated systems in a regulated (GxP) environment;
- Partner with global cross-functional teams to shape innovative solutions;
- Apply user-centred and design-thinking approaches where appropriate.
требования
- Strong experience in Business Analysis;
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills;
- Practical experience working in Agile environments;
- Hands-on experience with JIRA;
- Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories;
- Experience working with complex integrated systems;
- Experience in regulated environments (GxP);
- Experience collaborating with distributed international teams;
- Understanding of end-to-end processes supporting data solutions;
- Fluent English and Polish;
- Nice to have: Experience with pharma clinical trial planning, execution, or analytics projects, experience working in global organizations, knowledge of User-Centred Design and Design Thinking, technical or Business degree.
