• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements;
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements;
• Support Agile delivery by working closely with development teams;
• Analyse complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Support consent-related activities within the pharmaceutical domain;
• Work with complex, integrated systems in a regulated (GxP) environment;
• Partner with global cross-functional teams to shape innovative solutions;
• Apply user-centred and design-thinking approaches where appropriate.

• Strong experience in Business Analysis;
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills;
• Practical experience working in Agile environments;
• Hands-on experience with JIRA;
• Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories;
• Experience working with complex integrated systems;
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP);
• Experience collaborating with distributed international teams;
• Understanding of end-to-end processes supporting data solutions;
• Fluent English and Polish;
• Nice to have: Experience with pharma clinical trial planning, execution, or analytics projects, experience working in global organizations, knowledge of User-Centred Design and Design Thinking, technical or Business degree.
