• Collaborate with the Product Director and Product Manager to understand product strategy and translate it into clear business and functional requirements for the Auto Scheduler;
• Co-lead requirements-gathering sessions with the Product Manager and act as a business and technical subject matter expert;
• Engage directly with end users and internal stakeholders representing end users, including sales, service, clinical applications, and regional product owners;
• Translate user needs, market insights, and stakeholder input into user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA, planned three sprints ahead;
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Clinic Connect, Shared Services, HDS, RMDS, Legal, and Compliance;
• Review and provide feedback on test cases and test runs prepared by Test Leads;
• Support early estimation of Epics and Stories with the Product Manager;
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for Engineering on requirements clarifications;
• Support the Product Manager in ensuring team deliverables align with product vision and stakeholder expectations;
• Review JIRA ticket demos from Engineering for completeness against requirements;
• Prepare and deliver demos to business stakeholders alongside the Product Director and Product Manager;
• Work closely with the Product Manager to support backlog prioritization and day-to-day decision-making.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience;
• 2–3 Years of experience in a Business Analyst or product-related role;
• 2–3 Years of experience working on an Agile team;
• Experience working with UX/UI teams and understanding of front-end user experience best practices;
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and independently when needed;
• Strong judgment, analytical thinking, and communication skills;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: ability to identify business opportunities and support increased product adoption, creative mindset with the ability to suggest new ideas and appropriate risks, ability to collaborate across multiple levels and teams.
