Arval IT is an international organization providing leasing and mobility solutions to corporations, medium and small companies, and individuals across 15 countries. The company operates through an agile IT model, collaborating with product owners, designers, and engineers to develop and maintain the Dynamos Core Leasing Platform. The Arval Competence Center in Warsaw serves as a strategic hub for digital expertise, business operations, and internal control processes.

• Translate business needs into clear, workable solutions for IT implementation;
• Support backlog quality by refining user stories and clarifying acceptance criteria;
• Define project scope and manage stakeholder expectations;
• Assess vague requests and translate them into clear agreements;
• Connect business, product, and IT teams to ensure alignment on goals;
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts before they become issues;
• Document information in a clear and accessible manner;
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions;
• Structure complex topics and processes to make them manageable for the squad;
• Support decision-making processes with insights and analysis.

• 2–5 Years of professional experience;
• Proficiency in English;
• Understanding of business processes, data flows, and software interactions;
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies;
• Ability to perform process modeling using flow diagrams;
• Knowledge of documentation standards and best practices;
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Visio;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of leasing, awareness of compliance and risk, experience in stakeholder management.
