• Handle large volumes of data and files;
• Analyze business processes within the project scope;
• Prepare and run standard and ad hoc reports in cooperation with the client;
• Manage business-related email communication with internal and external clients;
• Perform administrative and office-related tasks;
• Create and update procedures and instructions for supported processes;
• Support back-office sales processes, including issuing invoices and other documents;
• Communicate with dealers regarding B2B and direct sales;
• Communicate with logistics teams and customers regarding vehicle deliveries;
• Provide B2B back-office support.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically MS Excel and MS Word;
• Intermediate or advanced MS Excel skills;
• Strong incident management and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent Polish and English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: 1–2 years of experience in the automotive industry, knowledge of automotive terminology, familiarity with B2B and fleet systems.
