Interexy operates as a company that provides software development services and builds international projects for various clients.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking stakeholders;
Create User Stories, Use Cases, and functional documentation;
Coordinate FAQ content management and quality assurance within the CMS;
Collaborate closely with the development team to implement and integrate the FAQ Bot;
Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve answer quality and user experience;
Communicate with business and technical stakeholders;
Support release planning and documentation while considering banking regulatory requirements;
Work in an Agile Scrum environment.

4+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer;
Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements;
Experience working with CMS platforms;
Scrum / Agile experience;
Writing User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications;
Stakeholder Management;
English: Fluent;
German: Good working proficiency;
Nice to have: Experience with Chatbots, Conversational AI, or FAQ systems, Banking or Financial Services experience.
