Ardshinbank operates in the banking and credit sector.

• Conduct cash and settlement operations for Private customers in accordance with the Bank’s internal regulations, decisions, and orders
• Open, maintain, close, identify, and risk-classify customer accounts
• Open, service, and close deposit accounts
• Conduct non-cash foreign currency transactions
• Process transactions through payment systems
• Accept and verify customer payment documents and enter them into the “Operational Day” program
• Service and close card accounts, change credit line limits, and update customer details
• Enter customer data, including contact details and changes, into the “Operational Day” system
• Perform other functions related to the sale and servicing of payment cards
• Carry out other assigned duties related to the role

• Higher education
• At least three months of customer service experience within the last three years, or a positive result from the Bank’s prequalification program
• Knowledge of MS Office, LSoft, or similar software
• Excellent Armenian, good Russian, and good English
• General knowledge of banking services, Armenian and foreign currencies, and business ethics
• Customer acquisition and service skills
