• Develop and maintain relationships with clients;
• Generate leads and close deals;
• Identify and engage potential partners for product package development, conduct negotiations, and conclude partnership agreements;
• Conduct negotiations and conclude agreements with partners to expand the loyalty program network;
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner;
• Develop and revisit sales policy when necessary.

• Hold a university degree in economics, finance, or another related field;
• Have experience in customer service, sales, or related fields;
• Understand business and industry trends;
• Understand and assess business needs;
• Demonstrate sales skills;
• Make smart decisions and solve problems;
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills;
• Demonstrate critical, flexible, and analytical thinking;
• Work independently and in a team, and coordinate work;
• Demonstrate representation skills;
• Have advanced MS Excel skills and knowledge of MS Project;
• Be result-driven, able to multitask, and meet tight deadlines;
• Have excellent command of Armenian;
• Have good command of Russian and English.
