• Develop strategic brand approaches and coordinate discussions with stakeholders
• Ensure coherent brand promotion across platforms and branches
• Oversee campaigns, promotions, events, activities, and communications to ensure alignment with the brand strategy and promise
• Develop and manage image campaigns and initiatives
• Identify ways to improve brand presentation and loyalty through brand awareness among relevant target groups
• Develop and monitor brand and image campaign strategies and partnerships
• Define campaign goals, target audiences, and messages
• Monitor creative agencies and designers
• Ensure the preparation and targeted distribution of branded materials and corporate gifts
• Analyze campaign effectiveness using KPIs and ROI
• Define the strategic role of events in brand building and ensure an effective event selection and management process with product teams
• Manage event planning, implementation, and evaluation; organize themed events and BTLs for clients, partners, and target segments
• Collaborate with organizational teams, partners, and vendors
• Oversee event budgeting, content writing, and impact to achieve results
• Ensure brand consistency across the company, including branches
• Monitor branch compliance with brand guidelines and develop brand materials and tools for branches
• Organize local and BTL campaigns to engage branches and promote sales
• Analyze brand awareness, ranking, and campaign performance
• Conduct marketing research and monitor campaigns before, during, and after launch to assess effectiveness

• University degree
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in brand building and management
• Excellent command of Armenian, English, and Russian
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Team player
• Courteous manners, commitment to work, and a high sense of responsibility
