Head of marketing

rePublic Group is hiring a Head of Marketing to lead the brand, digital and growth strategy for all five of our restaurant concepts in Yerevan. This is a senior, hands-on role: you set the direction, and you also make sure the work gets done. About rePublic Group. We are a multi-brand hospitality group in Yerevan operating five distinct concepts: Wine Republic ThaiWine Republic Asador Mao KEBAB.LAB Each concept has its own identity, audience and voice. The Head of Marketing will keep every brand distinct while building the strength of rePublic Group as a whole.

• Build and own the monthly marketing strategy and calendar for the group and for each of the five concepts
• Define a clear positioning, target guest and tone of voice for every brand, and protect it across all touchpoints
• Set marketing KPIs, track them and report results to management
• Plan and control the marketing budget, with clear return on spend for every major activity
• Act as brand guardian for Wine Republic, ThaiWine Republic, Asador, Mao and KEBAB.LAB
• Keep brand books, visual identity and guidelines up to date, and make sure menus, signage, uniforms, packaging and print follow them
• Lead branding and launch marketing for new concepts, new venues and refurbishments
• Work with the operations and kitchen teams on menu launches, seasonal offers and new products
• Own all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and others) for every brand
• Lead content production: photo, video, Reels, stories and copywriting in Armenian, Russian and English
• Manage websites, Google Business profiles, TripAdvisor and other listings, including review monitoring and responses
• Run paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok) with clear targeting, testing and cost control
• Build influencer, blogger and food-media partnerships
• Lead the group's loyalty program and guest app strategy, including KEBAB.LAB's club program
• Build guest databases and segmentation, and run campaigns that bring guests back (SMS, email, push, messengers)
• Use guest feedback and sales data to improve offers and communication
• Manage brand presence and promotions on delivery platforms such as Glovo: menus, photos, campaigns and ratings
• Develop co-marketing with wine producers, suppliers, banks, hotels, tourism partners and corporate clients
• Plan and promote events: wine tastings, chef dinners, themed nights, holidays and private or corporate events
• Manage media relations, press releases and the group's public reputation
• Position the group with tourists and the expat community in Yerevan as well as local guests
• Lead, hire and develop the in-house marketing team
• Brief, manage and evaluate agencies, designers, photographers, printers and freelancers
• Train venue managers and staff on promotions, brand standards and upselling of campaign offers

• 4+ years in marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role (Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Head of Marketing or similar)
• Proven experience in hospitality, restaurants, FMCG, retail or lifestyle brands
• A portfolio of campaigns you led, with measurable results (sales, traffic, followers, engagement, cost per result)
• Experience managing a budget and working with agencies and freelancers
• Strong brand thinking: you can build and protect a distinct identity for each concept
• Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Good understanding of content production: you can brief and art-direct photo and video shoots
• Comfortable with data: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, POS and loyalty reports, Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent planning and organization; able to run many projects in parallel and meet deadlines
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Leadership: able to motivate a team and work closely with operations, chefs and venue managers
• Armenian: fluent
• Russian: fluent
• English: fluent, written and spoken
