Ardshinbank operates in the banking and credit sector.

• Organize meetings and visits to attract Private clients, and present the Bank’s services
• Maintain databases of potential and existing Private clients and partners
• Maintain and regularly update Private client profiles
• Serve the existing Private client base, collect information required for monitoring under internal regulations, and conduct monitoring
• Sell all banking services to Private clients in line with the approved business plan
• Prepare conclusions on planned transactions and calculate and present effective profitability to the direct manager
• Monitor lending to clients in this group in accordance with the Bank’s internal regulations
• Organize and service Private clients’ asset and liability portfolios
• Analyze Private clients’ asset and liability portfolios and trends, and propose measures to activate transactions
• Provide and update questionnaires, information, founding documents, and other documents required under KYC and AML requirements
• Propose automation and business-process optimization for Private client services
• Prepare reports and other documents related to the department’s work
• Initiate and propose changes to services and tariffs, improvements to banking services, and new services for Private clients
• Perform other functions and related assignments under the Bank’s internal regulations, decisions, and orders

• Higher education; economics or technical education is preferred
• At least 6 months of customer service experience within the last 3 years; financial or banking experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent Russian, good English, and Armenian language skills
• Knowledge and application of sales methods
