• Formulate and execute commercial strategies for high-end chemical raw materials in Russia;
• Analyze market size, growth trends, client preferences, decision-making processes, and competitor landscapes;
• Identify target customer segments across major chemical industry clusters;
• Use direct outreach, client site visits, industry expos, and digital communication to drive conversion and pipeline growth;
• Lead end-to-end sales negotiations, contract preparation, and deal closures;
• Align product applications, technical specifications, and commercial terms;
• Build and maintain long-term client partnerships;
• Coordinate internally to address customer inquiries and post-sales concerns;
• Track regional performance indicators, including conversion rates, client coverage, and pipeline growth;
• Refine market development priorities based on real-time feedback.

• 3+ Years of commercial sales, account management, or business development experience in chemical raw materials or international chemical trade;
• In-depth understanding of chemical raw material characteristics, pricing dynamics, and application trends;
• Familiarity with business etiquette, negotiation practices, and trade compliance requirements;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills;
• Target-driven mindset;
• Nice to have: Established customer network in chemical raw material procurement with a track record of rapid order conversion, independent experience organizing or participating in major chemical industry trade shows and exhibitions, full-process experience in chemical raw material import/export procedures.
