enterprise sales manager

Doctolib is working to digitalize healthcare and improve the health of all people through its product.

• Own the complete sales process for enterprise customers, from acquisition to go-live;
• Negotiate framework and individual contracts on-site and remotely;
• Support key accounts during integration and through cross-selling and up-selling;
• Identify and monitor relevant metrics and use them to advise and grow enterprise customers.

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales and experience communicating with key accounts at C-level;
• Excellent hunting and pitching skills;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative, and drive to make things happen;
• Strong communication and empathy, with the ability to understand complex processes and adapt products to customer needs;
• Native-level German;
• Confident English communication;
• Nice to have: Degree in business administration or comparable training, prior healthcare experience.
