Sales Manager

Ace Alliance operates in the global iGaming industry, expanding a partner ecosystem through event sponsorships, PR and digital media exposure, directory listings, and other partnership opportunities.

• Identify and engage potential partners across the iGaming industry through outbound and inbound efforts;
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and account management;
• Promote and sell event sponsorships, PR and digital media exposure, directory listings, and other partnership opportunities;
• Maintain a high-performing sales pipeline using CRM tools and track relevant activity and performance metrics;
• Understand partners’ needs and goals to create partnership solutions that deliver measurable ROI;
• Reactivate previous or dormant leads through targeted outreach strategies;
• Represent Ace Alliance at key events and industry meetups;
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align partnership goals.

• 3+ Years of proven sales and partnership experience in the iGaming industry;
• Solid knowledge of affiliate marketing, B2B sales, and event sponsorship models;
• Existing network of contacts within the iGaming industry;
• Experience selling online media, listings, and event sponsorship packages;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
• Confidence in leading face-to-face meetings;
• Strong organization, time management, and pipeline management skills;
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a drive to exceed revenue targets;
• Nice to have: additional European language.
