Sales Manager

The Information Advantage team delivers digital capabilities to defence and security markets to support integrated multi-domain operational capability.

• Generate the Information Advantage Integrated Business Plan for the domestic UK market in defence and space;
• Develop and manage relationships across UK Military Strategic Headquarters, focusing on CIOs within Front Line Commands and Cyber and Specialist Operations Command;
• Manage relationships within the National Armaments Director Group, focusing on Defence Innovation and Defence Digital;
• Develop and execute a stakeholder engagement plan into Space Command;
• Create the first Information Advantage Space go-to-market plan;
• Create, validate, and justify the rolling 5-year order intake forecast for the domestic defence and space portfolio.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
• Proven sales and commercial acumen with previous sales experience;
• Experience with the Shipley Process or similar structured sales processes;
• Knowledge of digital or software sales, "as a service" concepts, and consultative-based sales;
• Existing knowledge of key stakeholders across the UK defence and space market;
• Nice to have: Experience in all listed areas (willingness to learn is prioritized).
