задачи
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and handover to the account team;
- Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure clear visibility of the sales funnel;
- Monitor deal progress, SLAs, and contract execution;
- Collaborate with account and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction;
- Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts;
- Expand the active client base and build a healthy, predictable sales pipeline;
- Increase deal volume and overall profitability per client;
- Contribute to sustainable revenue growth through long-term client retention.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in marketing, SaaS, or digital services;
- Proven record of managing end-to-end sales processes;
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or LinkedIn Navigator;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills;
- Strong sense of ownership, organization, and accountability;
- Fluent English (B2+);
- Nice to have: Polish, Czech, or Ukrainian language skills.
