The company specializes in building and developing effective financial infrastructure for cross-border fund flows, including cross-border payments, FX operations, and payment solution architecture.
задачи
- Develop and manage a B2B sales pipeline within the Asia-focused market;
- Identify and attract new clients interested in cross-border payment and account opening solutions;
- Conduct the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding and relationship management;
- Build partnerships with international businesses, PSPs, agents, and financial partners;
- Work closely with internal compliance and operations teams during onboarding processes;
- Participate in conferences, networking events, and business meetings;
- Maintain CRM records, sales reporting, and pipeline forecasting.
требования
- 2+ Years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or B2B financial sales;
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments, account opening, or financial infrastructure products;
- Experience working with international clients and Asian markets;
- Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle;
- Fluent in Russian and English;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills;
- Commercial mindset, proactive approach, and ownership mentality.
