Sales executive in hospitality

As a Sales Executive, and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

• Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities across revenue streams
• Build relationships with existing customers and travel locally to expand market share and drive business to the hotel/cluster
• Secure group and corporate bookings by negotiating rates and preparing contracts in line with pricing strategies
• Support business growth by leveraging creative marketing channels tailored to the local market
• Partner with other hotel departments to develop exceptional guest experiences and build comprehensive sales programs
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and deliver timely updates to Sales leadership
• Handle customer questions and requests promptly and professionally to support conversion and satisfaction
