Partnerships manager in education

Join us to build the bridge between academia and industry. You’ll lead strategic partnerships with universities, research institutes, companies, business associations, and government bodies, both internationally and locally. You’ll turn them into joint programs, research projects, internships, technology transfer, and new funding.

• Develop and implement a partnership strategy, and identify and prioritize target partners
• Manage agreements with partner universities (double/joint degrees, exchanges, joint research) and long-term relationships with industry (sponsored research, internships, advisory boards, graduate hiring)
• Develop commercialization and technology-transfer opportunities, including joint labs and innovation hubs
• Lead negotiations and draft MoUs and contracts with the legal team
• Represent the university at conferences, delegations, and official meetings, and report on portfolio

• Master’s degree in international relations, management, economics, education, engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years in partnership development, international relations, business development, or research/innovation management
• Proven track record of concluding and delivering academic and industrial agreements
• Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English (C1+); other languages are a plus
• Strong cross-cultural competence, diplomacy, and networking ability
• Strategic, results-oriented, and comfortable in a changing environment
