Partner relations manager in taxi services

We are looking for a Partner relations manager to join our international team.

• Develop relationships with existing taxi fleets and attract new partners.
• Help partners increase the number of cars and drivers in the service.
• Monitor partners' performance and compliance with the terms of joint programs.
• Handle documents, reporting, and settlements with partners.
• Help resolve partners' work-related issues by interacting with internal teams.
• Organize training and communications for fleets and drivers.
• Collect feedback, study the local market, and suggest improvements.
• Participate in the launch of new tariffs, products, and service development in Georgian cities.
• Help organize marketing activities, events, and loyalty programs for fleets and drivers.

• Experience as a Business Development Manager in B2B or B2C or Partner Relations Manager or Sales Manager.
• Будет плюсом: It would be good if you have similar experience at Uber, Glovo, or inDrive

• Location — Tbilisi. We are looking for an employee for a remote work format, but they will need to work in the office 1–2 times a week.
• A personal laptop is required for work.
