• Drive the e-commerce platform’s sales performance, growth, and overall strategy to meet profitability goals
• Serve as the primary digital contact for customers by managing incoming social media chats and answering hotline calls
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and build strong customer relationships
• Manage and optimize online promotional campaigns
• Analyze customer shopping trends and behavior to support assortment selection and identify market gaps
• Grow customer acquisition and profitability through online sales channels
• Work closely with the demand planning team to support smooth order fulfillment

• Previous experience in a similar e-commerce or digital sales role
• Solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks and infrastructure
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Self-motivated, collaborative, adaptable, and a critical thinker
• Fluent Georgian
• English B2
