5V Tech is a talent solutions company working in IoT and Deep Tech across Europe, the UK, Canada, and North America. It supports an established engineering business with embedded software, hardware, and connected device projects.

• Grow existing customer relationships and win new business across Europe and the US;
• Sell embedded software, hardware design, and IoT engineering services;
• Build partnerships across the embedded ecosystem, including leading silicon vendors;
• Work closely with engineering teams to shape technical solutions;
• Represent the business at major embedded and IoT events.

• Proven experience selling embedded software, embedded systems, IoT, or engineering services;
• Proven track record of winning complex technical projects;
• Good understanding of embedded technologies, including MCUs, MPUs, RTOS, Embedded Linux, and connectivity protocols;
• Experience engaging with Engineering Directors, CTOs, Product Managers, and R&D teams;
• Willingness to travel internationally;
• Nice to have: Existing relationships within industrial automation, energy, or instrumentation; experience working with companies such as Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, or similar; familiarity with Qualcomm, NXP, Qorvo, Silicon Labs, Infineon, or Espressif.

• Up to €120 000 base salary;
• Remote role in Europe;
• Occasional visits to the company site in Serbia;
• International travel across Europe and the US;
• Reward scheme for recommendations for a permanent hire: up to €250 for the recommender and an additional €250 for a charity of their choice.
