GoodWe is a leading global manufacturer of solar inverters and energy storage solutions, specializing in power conversion electronics for the renewable energy sector.
задачи
- Identify and seize sales opportunities in Ukraine in accordance with strategic plans and financial objectives;
- Develop and maintain relationships with distribution channels and strategic customers;
- Drive sales engagement and strategies for specific customers;
- Maintain relationships with leading PV project developers to establish the company as a preferred supplier;
- Forecast and review sales results regularly to ensure targets are met and take corrective action;
- Support product management teams in defining and improving the product portfolio by gathering customer feedback and monitoring industrial trends;
- Implement the brand strategy to strengthen market presence.
требования
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related technical discipline, or a commercial degree with high technical affinity;
- At least 5 years of sales experience with products in the photovoltaic industry, preferably inverters;
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and public speaking skills;
- Strong customer relationship management expertise;
- Strong multicultural competence;
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally;
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English;
- Nice to have: Strong network in the renewable energy industry, specifically in the PV sector.
